Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience carrying a net-new revenue quota with consistent overachievement selling MarTech SaaS solutions.
Proven success selling to Founders, Business Owners, and Marketing leaders within the Ecommerce, Retail, or Consumer Brands space.
Experience working in a high-velocity, high-volume sales environment, often with multiple stakeholders.
Experience experimenting with AI in work or personal projects, with excitement to dive in and learn quickly. Demonstrated curiosity to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make work smarter and more efficiently.
Fluent in English and German (both written and verbal).
Motivated, ambitious, and inspired by exceeding goals.
Resilient — not afraid to hear “no,” and able to turn setbacks into learning opportunities.
Strong growth mindset with a rigorous approach to self-improvement.
A collaborative teammate who is thoughtful, engaging, and energetic.

The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
