Requirements
Experience managing executive level calendars, coordinating complex travel arrangements, and handling budgets and expenses.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence, and able to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Ability to exercise complete discretion and handle highly confidential information with 100% integrity.
Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Highly proactive in anticipating the needs of the people they support and in obtaining the information needed to successfully execute projects.
Highly collaborative with a team-first mentality; experience partnering with key stakeholders on multiple projects.
Strong relationship management skills, the ability to build a personal network throughout the company, and the ability to work with a variety of personalities.
Self-starter who can operate independently and move quickly from one task to another; creative problem solver, seeks "win-win" solutions.
Experience with event logistics, especially in a project manager capacity.
Highly adept in Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and other communication technologies.

Education and Experience:
5+ years in an administrative support role of a VP level or higher.
Experience working in fast-paced, hyper-growth, scaling high-tech companies.
High school diploma or equivalent.

The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
