We’re looking for a Sales Manager (SMB) to lead a high-performing team of SMB Account Executives. This team is passionate about helping small and mid-sized ecommerce businesses grow — and you’ll help guide and elevate that impact every day.
You’ll coach, develop, and inspire your team to exceed revenue goals while building a culture grounded in curiosity, transparency, and accountability. You’ll also play a key role in scaling Klaviyo’s presence in the SMB market — where every customer interaction truly matters.

What You’ll Do
Requirements
Work closely with Sales Enablement to coach your team on pipeline management, deal strategy, and product storytelling.
Use data to guide your decisions — spotting trends, addressing challenges, and helping your team level up.
Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to create a seamless journey from first touch to renewal.
Be a culture ambassador — lead with empathy, grit, and Klaviyo’s values every day.
Host regular 1:1s and give clear, actionable feedback to help your reps grow in their careers.
