    Operational Execution: Partner with Sales leaders and cross-functional teams to implement tactical and strategic initiatives aimed at improving sales effectiveness and efficiency. Analytics and Insight: Establish and maintain robust data analytics and reporting capabilities to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership through regular reports and presentations.
    Requirements
    Operating Cadence: Create and maintain materials for Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews and Board meetings, ensuring visual consistency and accuracy. Report Generation and Analysis: Prepare and deliver standard and ad hoc reports/dashboards, focusing on data accuracy, timely delivery, and alignment with business needs. Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in an advanced analytics or operations analytics role; prior experience in go-to-market operations role a plus. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, with demonstrated experience building complex performance models and analyses  Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to query large datasets and join multiple data sources Experience developing and maintaining interactive data visualization dashboards (Tableau preferred)  Proven ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Experience preparing materials for an executive audience. Experience with AI tools and technology and their application in sales operations, data analysis, or marketing automation. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
