12+ years in product management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale products and initiatives in a SaaS environment; experience defining and executing product strategies for backend infrastructure teams highly preferred. 7+ years leading and developing product leaders and managers; proven ability to inspire, scale, and transform organizations. Strong technical depth in distributed systems, data platforms, and database technologies, with the ability to engage in architecture discussions and guide technical trade-offs. Track record of shaping company-wide strategy and driving impact across multiple functions. Exceptional executive communication and influencing skills; comfortable engaging with customers, C-suite leaders, and external stakeholders. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize product strategies. Experience with A/B testing, data analytics, and customer feedback integration. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. Advanced degrees or certifications in product management, business, or technology are a plus.
