Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of experience in payroll processing, specifically within countries of the Ireland and UK. Additional experience with payrolls across EMEA (France, Germany, and other countries) + APAC (Australia, Singapore) is a bonus.
Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Irish Payroll Qualification (IPASS) or equivalent is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll software and strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas). Experience with Workday and CloudPay a bonus.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Irish payroll legislation, including PAYE, PRSI, USC, and other statutory requirements.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex payroll matters clearly to employees.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Able to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
