This position is responsible for the Dallas-Fort Worth market and the ideal candidate resides in the DFW metroplex or nearby. This is a 100% field-based role requiring the use of a personal vehicle. A company Vehicle Program is available to cover all business-related vehicle expenses. This role is responsible for and KPI’d off of new account acquisition including POD growth & velocity growth. Execute daily in-store merchandising activities along a designated route, ensuring product placement and presentation standards. Demonstrate strong sales capabilities by working with our convenience store partners to have best performing products ready and available for purchase. This role requires an early start and afternoon end with the ability to work on weekends. Responsible for rotating Liquid Death product to ensure it doesn't expire (First in, First Out). Identify dented, dirty, damaged, or out of code product and pull it from the shelf, display, or cold vault. Ensure products are placed in compliance across chain and independent stores. Guarantee all Point of Sale, fridges, and racks are presentable, up-to-date, and presented by company standards. Notify internal stakeholders for pick up or exchange of any damaged, dented, or out of code product along with out of stock items. Communicate with key stakeholders opportunities at store level.
