Own the set up and configuration of A/B, multivariate, and personalization campaigns within testing platforms, leveraging both pre-built templates and custom configurations
Draft clear, strategic test requirements, specifications, and user stories for handover to design and development teams, ensuring clarity and feasibility
Leverage analytics platforms (e.g., GA4), heatmaps, session recordings, and user feedback to identify optimization opportunities, develop hypotheses, and define test priorities
Partner with design and development teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of test variations
Shape and continuously evolve the CRO roadmap, Contributing to the prioritization and aligning experimentation strategy with business goals
Independently troubleshoot and resolve campaign setup and performance issues, utilizing HTML and CSS skills for adjustments and debugging
Thoroughly quality check campaigns across various browsers, devices, and operating systems prior to launch
Validate tracking and reporting mechanisms to confirm accurate performance measurement before and after campaign launch
Continuously monitor the performance of live CRO campaigns, identifying trends and potential areas for further optimization
Utilizing basic design software skills, create basic test concept mockups and user flows for communication with the design and development teams
Present test results and recommendations to stakeholders across different teams, effectively communicating the impact of CRO efforts
Support UX research, including competitive analysis, usability evaluations, and analysis of user behavior patterns
Lead and execute on user testing sessions, gathering direct feedback to inform optimization strategies
