Develop and maintain custom integrations between Shopify and third-party services, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality Enhance and optimize our custom subscription engine powered by OrderGroove and Shopify to improve user experience and retention Design algorithms and workflows to drive the development of new platform features and capabilities Prepare and present architecture diagrams for various projects and initiatives, ensuring accurate representation and documentation of system structure Write clean, efficient, and scalable code that meets business and technical requirements Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve our existing platform for better performance and reliability Mentor team members through code reviews, collaborative programming, and knowledge sharing   Other duties as needed

5+ years of experience writing production-quality code, with a focus on building scalable, high-performance systems Proven expertise in developing backend architectures, including APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations Strong background in event-driven architecture and microservices-based design patterns Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks like React, with backend development expertise in NestJS Experience interacting with MongoDB   Deep understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud, with experience in deployment and infrastructure management Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest to ensure code reliability and robustness Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools to maintain system health and performance Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality engineering outcomes Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders MANSCAPED® Benefits  Take time to find balance and rejuvenate your senses.
