Drive the CEO’s agenda by aligning company priorities with the most material value-creation opportunities.

Partner with the CEO and CFO to prepare board materials, investor updates, and fundraising deliverables. Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives such as AI roadmap acceleration, international expansion, and M&A evaluation. Collaborate with Product and GTM leaders to design and operationalize high-potential growth bets. Establish frameworks, KPIs, and reporting to track execution of Mixpanel’s strategic plan. Shape CEO communications, including all-hands, board updates, and investor letters. Identify structural or operational bottlenecks; recommend and implement solutions.
