Hire, onboard, and develop the next generation of sellers and sales leaders. Communicate a clear path for growth and create visibility into progress and outcomes.
    Requirements
    You have a track record of leading outbound sales motions You’re a process-oriented leader that manages your business with a proven methodology such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Force Management etc. You have 6+ years of managing and leading SaaS sales teams - ideally in the Big Data, Analytics, Mobile, Product Analytics or MarTech space. You’re data-driven and use metrics to understand how to coach and manage the qualitative elements of the business. You love hiring and recruiting the best possible talent and you’re also passionate about building a strong, diverse world-class sales team. You have a playbook for executing complex deals and you know when to leverage it. You’re passionate about getting hands-on, to drive success - you believe in and create a “servant leadership” style culture. Variable compensation type is determined by your role and level. In addition to the cash compensation provided, this position is also eligible for equity consideration and other benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage. The range displayed represents the minimum and maximum TTCC for new hire salaries for the position across all of our US locations. To stay on top of market conditions, we refresh our salary ranges twice a year so these ranges may change in the future. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and other factors.
