Requirements
6+ years of experience in business intelligence, commercial analytics, category management, or related roles—ideally within CPG, food/bev, or retail environments.
Expertise in syndicated data tools (e.g., IRI, Nielsen, Spins) and comfort with manipulating large data sets.
Proven ability to frame business questions, test hypotheses, and deliver insights that inform strategy.
Strong communication skills, with an ability to distill complex data into digestible stories and recommendations.
A passion for solving problems and a curiosity to understand what’s behind the numbers.
Confidence working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and innovation teams.
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); experience with SQL or Python is a plus.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience supporting innovation or new product development with data-driven insights.
Background in category management, demand planning, or revenue growth management.
Familiarity with DTC, retail, and omnichannel performance drivers.
COMPENSATION:
$110,000-$140,000 Base Salary + Bonus
