    Requirements
    Identify and evaluate potential influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms that align with the brand’s voice, values, and audience. Track trends and emerging creators in relevant categories (e.g., health, wellness, food & beverage, lifestyle) to inform outreach strategy. Outreach & Relationship Building Draft and personalize outreach messages for influencer partnership opportunities, ensuring alignment with brand tone and campaign goals. Manage outbound communications with prospective influencers via email, as well as agency partners. Own the outreach process from pitch to response tracking, including timely follow-ups and handoff to broader Influencer Marketing team. Maintain a positive and professional brand presence in all influencer communications. Collaboration & Tracking Work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager to align outreach with campaign needs, product launches, and seasonal initiatives. Support information gathering during early-stage partnership discussions. Document outreach outcomes, responses, and influencer sentiment in post-analysis of campaigns. Assist in reporting on influencer pipeline metrics (response rate, conversion to partnerships, platform trends).   QUALIFICATIONS
