Requirements
4-7 years of proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management.
Demonstrated experience onboarding new distributors (UNFI, KeHE Preferred), and managing project and scope.
Ability to partner cross-functionally with supply chain, operations to identify creative solutions for shipping, logistics.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail, however not to the point of being inflexible.
Ownership experience in end-to-end process of tracing the sales process and conversation rates throughout the sales funnel.
Program and project management capabilities.
The ability to produce accurate work quickly & efficiently, and with excellent follow-up communication
Agile in determining and managing priorities, and adaptable in a fluid and fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication

Ideal candidate has experience in CPG and supporting Regional Grocery and DSD networks
15% estimated travel.

COMPENSATION: $90,000-$100,000 base salary + bonus
