Our cult-favorite hair removal product made us a category leader, and now we’re expanding into a full range of skincare and grooming solutions. We’re building a brand that blends natural performance, feminine aesthetic, and bold creative storytelling—with care, confidence, and a little cheek. The Role Your #1 priority: own Meta ad creative strategy and revive funnel performance—fast. You’ll launch, test, and scale at least 5 new Meta concepts per week, helping us rebuild evergreen performance with speed, clarity, and intent. Primary focus is Meta for Q4. Once the engine is running smoothly, the role expands in 2026 to lead creative across TikTok, email, site, and more. You’ll: - Deliver 5+ new Meta ad concepts per week - Partner with our Paid Media Lead to test, learn, and scale winners quickly - Direct a lean team of creative freelancers (creators, copywriter, editor) - Keep all output sharp, high-converting, and true to OYO’s feminine, elevated aesthetic Who You Are - You’ve built ads that scaled—and can show the numbers to prove it (ROAS, CAC, CTR...) - You’re fluent in Meta creative best practices, from scroll-stopping hooks to post-click strategy - You move fast, test with discipline, and iterate with confidence - You blend aesthetic instinct with performance thinking - You understand the mindset, needs, and buying habits of millennial women - You don’t wait for perfect briefs—you self-start, move fast, and refine as you go.
