Requirements
Translate performance data and cultural trends into creative strategies and briefs for paid performance channels.
Guide creative development for paid campaigns (Meta, YouTube, AppLovin and beyond).
Act as a key stakeholder in the creative production process — from concept to edit — ensuring it’s both on-brand and performance-optimized.
Build creative testing roadmaps in partnership with Growth team to maintain a healthy creative pipeline.
Manage agency partners and contribute to a culture of creative experimentation.
Key Qualifications
6+ years experience in creative performance marketing in-house or agency side for premium brands (extra credit for subscription DTC)
Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
Skilled at balancing data with storytelling — you can make “scroll-stopping” creative feel effortless
Tangible and demonstrable experience analyzing Meta platform data to derive insights (AppLovin experience a strong plus)
Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills
Experience in creative video production as a key stakeholder, ensuring video content is growth forward and primed for creative testing
