Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams, including chemical, process improvement & packaging engineers, facilities, and project management personnel. Recruit, train, and develop top engineering talent in alignment with company growth and operational needs. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

Oversee and improve industrialization, scale up and production processes for cosmetics and personal care products (e.g., mixing, filling, packaging). Ensure process, formulations, equipment and systems support high-volume production with minimal downtime. Lead process improvement, cost optimization, line efficiency improvements, and new technology implementation. Partner with contract manufacturers to industrialize and test new formulations, packaging and products.  Develop and document test methods, processes and specifications, test methods as needed for existing and new products.  Capital Projects & Equipment Management Plan and manage capital projects, including facility expansions, equipment upgrades, and production line installations. Ensure equipment and systems comply with GMP, FDA, ISO, and other relevant standards. Quality & Regulatory Compliance Collaborate with R&D,  Innovation, NPI, Tech, Quality Assurance and Operations to ensure products meet regulatory, safety, and customer requirements. Support audits and implement corrective actions as needed. Maintain compliance with FDA, OSHA, and environmental regulations. Innovation & Sustainability
