Requirements
Provide high-level administrative support to the Brand President, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling
Help prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items from key meetings
Act as a liaison between the Brand President and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-through
Manage special projects that may touch marketing, ops, product, or team initiatives—no two days will be the same
Assist with internal communications and organizing team touchpoints (e.g., all-hands, offsites, leadership meetings)
Anticipate needs and stay one step ahead to keep the Brand President’s time focused on the highest prioritie
Jump in where needed to support our lean, fast-moving team
Key Qualifications
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented—you love making systems and keeping things on track
A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative without waiting to be asked
A strong communicator who can write clearly and confidently
Comfortable managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Tech-savvy—you learn tools quickly and may already be familiar with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.
Adaptable and excited to wear many hats
Hungry to grow, learn, and take on more responsibility over time
Experience supporting an executive or leadership team
Startup or fast-paced team experience
Passion for the beauty, wellness, or consumer space
