Drive technical projects to success and provide leadership in a fast-paced environment. Take responsibility for technical planning, delivery execution and success of strategic initiatives. BA/BS in Computer Science, a related degree, or equivalent practical experience. Extensive professional experience in software development, working on robust, complex systems. Hands-on technical leadership and/or people management experience. A strong command of best practices, design patterns, and system architecture tradeoffs. A passion for bringing great products into our world through collaboration and ingenuity. Experience with distributed system performance analysis and optimisation. Ability to understand, diagnose, and effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions. Experience with agile principles and working in Jira/Confluence. Experience managing continuous delivery in a microservices environment. Comfortable with managing support & maintenance in conjunction with delivering strategic initiatives. Experience interfacing with senior leadership and third-party vendors. Experience with operational excellence and support.
