You have hands-on technical leadership and/or people management experience as well as delivering impactful consumer products. You’re passionate about designing systems and experiences that are resilient, scalable, and user-centered. You’ve worked with agile teams and know how to prioritize in fast-moving environments. You enjoy mentoring and creating opportunities for others to grow. You have a strong command of best practices, design patterns, and system architecture tradeoffs. You’re a clear, thoughtful communicator who values empathy and collaboration. Bonus: Experience working in e-commerce/fashion or B2C subscriptions at scale. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
