Own a comprehensive process quality program to improve the effectiveness of our inbound processes in minimizing defects. Collaborate with internal and external partners on optimizing our sortation, cleaning, and rework operations. Lead and support process improvements in partnership with operations and tech from data analysis to implementation. Examples include cleaning method design, quality control processes, and packaging design. Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions and the rationale driving overarching leadership decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing/Process/ Industrial Engineering or related fields. Experience in technical leadership and project management for complex, large-scale industrial engineering projects. Experience running complex data models.  Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.  Preferred qualifications Experience in the fashion or textile industry. Master’s Degree or other advanced degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Process Engineering, Operations, Business Administration or related field. Experience with laundry cleaning systems and operations. Proficiency in AutoCAD or other 3D CAD. Proficiency with data analysis in Looker and/or SQL. Six Sigma or Lean certification. Experience managing plant flow.
