Requirements
8+ years leading growth or marketing organizations, ideally with direct experience in e-commerce or consumer tech (fashion is a plus!) and product-led growth environments.
Track record of driving standout customer or revenue growth in close partnership with Product and Marketing teams with measurable business impact.
Proven ability to influence Product and Data partners—shaping roadmaps, framing sharp hypotheses, and driving experimentation.
Experience managing paid marketing budgets and campaigns to reach new qualified audiences.
Strong P&L instincts, data fluency, and a knack for solving complex problems with clarity.
Exceptional communicator and team leader with a proven ability to align and inspire stakeholders across functions and levels.
Passion for improving the customer experience across the full marketing lifecycle.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $176,000.00 - $220,000.00. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
