5+ years in performance or growth marketing—DTC or beauty experience preferred
Deep expertise in paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and affiliate platforms
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Looker, Excel, and other analytics tools
Experience with A/B testing, CRO best practices, and creative optimization
Proven ability to manage budgets, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable results
Highly organized, self-starting, and able to manage multiple initiatives across teams
Proficiency in Figma and a strong creative eye for performance content
Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Compensation: $115K–$130K + bonus
