    About Rhodeskin
    Design original packaging concepts that reflect rhode’s aesthetic and connect with customers across retail and DTC Create renderings to pitch new colors, shapes, and ideas Develop dielines, mockups, and production-ready artwork for packaging formats like boxes, labels, cartons, and bags Collaborate with Operations, R&D, and external vendors to ensure packaging meets aesthetic, technical, and regulatory standards Attend press checks, review proofs, troubleshoot print issues, and ensure quality at every step Maintain a centralized archive of packaging assets within our DAM, ensuring consistency across SKUs Help evolve our packaging to be more sustainable, functional, and aligned with our brand values
    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in packaging design, graphic design, or other related field 3+ years of experience in packaging design and production—beauty or personal care experience strongly preferred Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Proficiency in dieline creation and 3D mockup tools Strong grasp of print production processes, materials, and packaging compliance standards Excellent typography and layout skills with a sharp eye for detail Experience collaborating cross-functionally with ops, vendors, and creative peers Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and file organization best practices Experience onsite at print / production facilities for development and press check Other Details for Consideration Location of position: Los Angeles, California  In-office requirement: at least 3 days a week  Salary range budgeted for position: $75-$90K base + bonus Why rhodeThis is a rare opportunity to shape the way rhode shows up physically in the world.
