Retail Channel Promotion Management: Create and maintain regional retail channel promotion calendar with all new launches, core programs, sampling, store openings, animations/exposures, co-op kits, etc.
Sales & Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance and key retail KPIs, leveraging insights to optimize future strategies and investments.
Competitive & Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activities, and consumer preferences to continuously refine sales strategies and maintain brand differentiation.
Budget Management: Oversee budgets related to driving retail sales, including visual merchandising and global sampling programs. Ensure efficient and effective allocation of resources, coordinating with merchants, production, internal creative teams, Ops, Packaging, and Sales to meet necessary regulatory and retail requirements while staying within budget.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product marketing, creative, marketing, planning and supply chain teams to ensure alignment between product launches, promotional plans, and international retail execution.
