Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close procedures Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations Assist in maintaining general ledger accuracy and integrity Support the preparation of financial statements and reporting packages Help track and reconcile fixed assets and depreciation Assist with audit requests and documentation Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 1–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in Excel; experience with accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite) preferred Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Other Details for Consideration Location of position: Los Angeles, California  In-office requirement: at least 3 days a week  Reports to: Controller Salary range budgeted for position: $70,000-$80,000 rhode, an equal opportunity employer, is committed to equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.
