What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
7-8 years of project management experience, ideally in a creatively-driven beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods company. Startup or high-growth brand experience is a major plus.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience creating and implementing new processes and ways of working.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and across all levels of management.
