    About Rhodeskin
    Oversee the development and execution of displays, collateral, and merchandise from concept to deployment. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Operations to bring projects to life. Build and maintain a master calendar for all retail launches and merchandising initiatives. Create and manage project timelines to ensure timely execution and visibility across stakeholders. Own weekly status updates and provide clear communication to internal teams. Research, track, and propose materials, display trends, and creative innovations in retail. Partner with the Trade Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with retailer specs and brand standards. Analyze the effectiveness of display programs and report insights to inform future strategy. Conduct yearly reviews of merchandise and collateral for phase-outs and new opportunities. Manage vendor relationships including performance, pricing, and service evaluations to optimize sourcing strategy.
    Requirements
    Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and time management skills. Adept at juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, creative environment. Comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining structure and momentum. Thrives in a hybrid work setting and values in-person team collaboration. What You'll Bring Bachelor’s degree in a related field 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in retail display or merchandising. Proficient in project management software Based in Los Angeles and able to work onsite 3 days/week Passionate about beauty, design, and building rhode into a household name.
