seed.com You As our Senior Director of Data and Analytics, you will lead and shape Seed’s data vision, strategy, and execution. You will partner with leaders across Product, Science, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to transform data into actionable insights that drive business growth and scientific discovery. You will build and mentor a high-performing data team, define and scale our analytics frameworks, and advance a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

What You’ll Do Lead and Grow the Data Function Define and execute Seed’s data and analytics vision and roadmap, aligning with company-wide priorities. Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing data team, including analytics engineers, data analysts, and data scientists. Foster a culture of curiosity, rigor, and continuous learning. Enable Data-Driven Decision-Making Partner with Product, Marketing, Science, and Operations to deliver insights that inform growth, product development, and scientific research. Develop and scale robust data models, pipelines, and reporting frameworks to support self-service analytics and experimentation. Advance Data Strategy and Governance Define and enforce data governance standards to ensure quality, accuracy, and security of data assets. Oversee data architecture decisions, infrastructure investments, and performance optimization. Champion best practices in data privacy, compliance, and ethical use of data.
