You have 6+ years of social media experience across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, and Linkedin.
A proven track record of launching and growing TikTok and YouTube channels for brands in wellness, health, lifestyle, or consumer products.
You are fluent in the nuances of short-form and long-form video content, understanding what drives discovery, engagement, and community on each platform.
You are a strategic thinker with strong creative instincts, balancing brand integrity with social-native storytelling.
You are data-driven, leveraging metrics to iterate and optimize performance while staying true to the brand.
You are collaborative, working cross-functionally with creative, lifecycle, and scientific teams to translate complex concepts into compelling content.
You are energized by the intersection of science, wellness, and culture, and excited to help bring Seed’s mission to new audiences.
You are organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with clear prioritization in a fast-moving environment.
The annual pay range for this full-time position is $145k-$165k + equity + benefits across all US locations (this position is 100% remote-US). Our pay ranges are guided by discipline, level and experience required.
