    Oversee the day-to-day execution of email, SMS, and paid media programs in partnership with external vendors Monitor and report on key metrics (traffic, conversion, CAC, LTV); identify and address underperformance Partner with the Senior Director of Marketing to adjust spend, audience targeting, and content strategy as needed
    Requirements
    Collaborate with in-house Creative and Brand teams to develop and brief digital content Ensure on-time delivery of paid assets, email sends, and promotional updates Coordinate messaging alignment across lifecycle, paid, and product campaigns Maintain and optimize our e-commerce infrastructure. Own execution of on-site merchandising updates, PDP accuracy, and homepage refreshes Support launches, promotions, and product drops from a site and email/SMS perspective Identify opportunities for A/B testing or UX improvement in partnership with agencies or dev Forecast, report, and partner cross-functionally. Collaborate with Finance on weekly sales forecasts and monthly reporting Maintain visibility into channel ROI and drive recommendations for optimization Work closely with Merchandising on promotional planning and site readiness   Tools We Use: We don’t expect candidates to know every tool — but familiarity with similar platforms is a plus.
