Oversee the day-to-day execution of email, SMS, and paid media programs in partnership with external vendors
Monitor and report on key metrics (traffic, conversion, CAC, LTV); identify and address underperformance
Partner with the Senior Director of Marketing to adjust spend, audience targeting, and content strategy as needed
Requirements
Collaborate with in-house Creative and Brand teams to develop and brief digital content
Ensure on-time delivery of paid assets, email sends, and promotional updates
Coordinate messaging alignment across lifecycle, paid, and product campaigns
Maintain and optimize our e-commerce infrastructure.
Own execution of on-site merchandising updates, PDP accuracy, and homepage refreshes
Support launches, promotions, and product drops from a site and email/SMS perspective
Identify opportunities for A/B testing or UX improvement in partnership with agencies or dev
Forecast, report, and partner cross-functionally.
Collaborate with Finance on weekly sales forecasts and monthly reporting
Maintain visibility into channel ROI and drive recommendations for optimization
Work closely with Merchandising on promotional planning and site readiness
