Recruiting Standardization:
Regularly assessing templates, guidelines and processes to evolve with business needs and industry trends
Establish program for training hiring managers on, driving adoption of and compliance with recruiting materials, processes and standards
Retail Recruiting Support:
Develop and maintain retail candidate pipeline for Piercing Apprentices
Source and screen Studio Manager candidates for our new studio openings (NSO’s) and other critical backfills
Vendor Relationship Management:
Establish, maintain and leverage relationships with recruiting vendors and partners to augment recruiting needs as/when needed
