    Requirements
    Oversee and scale True Classic’s affiliate marketing program in partnership with agencies and publishers Collaborate with influencers and content partners to drive high-converting traffic Monitor performance and refine commission structures to maximize ROI Creative Strategy & Funnel Optimization Partner with creative and brand teams to develop performance-driven ad creative Define and iterate on DR creative briefs using performance data Launch and optimize customer acquisition funnels to improve conversion and LTV Budgeting & Forecasting Own forecasting, spend pacing, and growth budget allocation Partner with Finance to model investment scenarios and align on performance targets New Customer Acquisition & Channel Expansion
