Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Planning, and Finance to forecast vendor needs and develop sourcing strategies that support margin and growth goals.
Contract Negotiation: Lead vendor contract negotiations to secure favorable terms while protecting the company’s quality and service expectations.
Vendor Management:
Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and regularly assess vendor performance on cost, quality, and delivery timelines, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Relationship Development: Build strong, strategic partnerships with vendors to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and supply chain reliability.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address potential risks in vendor relationships, including geopolitical, financial, and compliance-related threats.
Accountability Management: Conduct structured quarterly business reviews to ensure alignment with company objectives and contractual obligations.
Warehousing:
3PL Oversight: Manage global third-party logistics partners to ensure warehouse operations meet service level agreements and support omnichannel growth.
Omnichannel Fulfillment Excellence: Ensure warehouse operations are optimized to support diverse fulfillment needs across DTC, retail, wholesale, and marketplace channels globally, delivering a consistent and scalable customer experience.
Efficiency & Accuracy: Drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy, order fulfillment speed, and operational efficiency using data-driven analysis.
Capacity Planning: Monitor capacity across global warehouse locations and lead initiatives to scale infrastructure in line with demand.
Technology Enablement: Implement and optimize software solutions to improve visibility, automation, and scalability.
