Lead the strategic and operational planning of Costco and Sam’s Club Roadshow events.
Manage and coordinate a cross-functional working group including Sales, Planning, Operations, and Production to ensure events are executed with precision.
Own end-to-end event execution—from inventory planning and logistics to on-site readiness and post-event reviews.
Requirements
Oversee kitting and fulfillment operations to ensure timely and accurate assembly and delivery of roadshow kits.
Identify operational risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuity and quality.
Optimize packaging, labeling, and distribution processes in partnership with internal teams and external providers.
Ensure Production is scheduled to support on-time delivery of sufficient inventory to support planned Roadshow events.
Vendor & Partner Management
Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers, kitting and corrugate suppliers, and software vendors to meet performance and service-level expectations.
Establish and maintain service agreements, SLAs, and KPIs to monitor and improve partner performance.
Run RFP processes to identify new vendors to improve operations and de-risk operations.
Team Leadership & Reporting
Lead a team of operations analysts, driving project tracking, data integrity, and timely reporting.
Build and manage dashboards and tools to enable transparency and visibility into roadshow operations.
