Partner with store leadership to open and close the store, following all operational, security, and cash-handling procedures.
Act as the leader on duty in the absence of store management, ensuring smooth operations and strong team execution.
Coach and guide teammates on selling behaviors, customer service, and company standards during shifts.
Oversee promotion strategy management which includes proper register operations.
Contribute to a high-performing team culture where hitting goals is expected and celebrated.
Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and promotional displays to maintain an inspiring, organized store.
Communicate effectively with management by sharing feedback on staff performance, customer insights, and operational needs.
Requirements
1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience (bonus if you’ve worked in a high-volume store
Strong communication skills with the ability to read people and build rapport quickly
A positive, team-first mindset and a passion for providing great service
Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle physical aspects of the role
