Own the scheduling and coordination of interviews for all open roles at True Classic, ensuring a seamless process for candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for contractor roles, including requisition kickoffs, sourcing, screening, and facilitating the offer process. Utilize platforms like Upwork and Fiverr to attract and hire high-quality contractor talent in a timely manner. Stakeholder Communication and Alignment Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to align on hiring priorities, provide status updates, and ensure timely decision-making. Communicate regularly with stakeholders via Slack updates, weekly status meetings, and detailed candidate feedback. Process Optimization and ATS Management Maintain and optimize workflows within the ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring accuracy and efficiency in candidate tracking and reporting.
