Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience managing or creating content for a social-first brand, or equivalent personal portfolio.
Proven success in building engagement and reach through short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
Strong instincts for editing, pacing, and trend relevance.
Proficiency with mobile video capture, editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.), and social scheduling platforms.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Skills and Competencies
Deep understanding of Gen Z humor, internet culture, and emerging trends
Ability to concept, produce, and publish content end-to-end — fast
Creative, collaborative, and highly adaptive to feedback and real-time shifts
Passion for fashion, men's lifestyle, and eCommerce (bonus)
Clear, compelling written and visual communication
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $70,000–$85,000 (dependent on experience)
