    Requirements
    Deliver exceptional customer experiences rooted in connection, product knowledge, and presentation. Own store KPIs including sales, conversion, UPT, and AOV—coaching the team to exceed performance goals. Lead from the floor, building client relationships and driving daily momentum through goal setting and recognition. Celebrate wins and energize the team to create a high-touch, results-driven environment. Store Operations & Brand Standards Ensure operational excellence in cash handling, inventory management, and back-of-house organization. Maintain brand-level execution of all visual merchandising and floor presentation standards. Manage payroll, scheduling, and controllable expenses in line with productivity targets and labor budgets. Uphold a clean, organized, and inspiring retail environment—front and back of house. Business Ownership & Strategic Execution Understand your store’s role in the broader business and adapt strategies to local market needs. Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to drive performance and tailor in-store execution. Partner with regional leaders to execute local marketing activations, events, and community outreach. Own and report on performance metrics, proposing actions for improvement and growth. Qualifications
