5+ years of experience in IT management or a related roleExtensive experience with Okta or similar Single Sign-On (SSO) solutionsIn-depth knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as JAMF, Kandji, or InTune and, and SaaS-based applications, including but not limited to JIRA, Slack, and GoogleExperience with cloud technologies (i.e. AWS, Azure, GCP)Strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing teamExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical usersStrong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong customer service orientation and ability to build positive relationships with internal stakeholdersExperience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks preferredAbility to work on premise in our Boston Headquarters 5 days per week and work after hours as neededThis role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA.
