Take ownership of key company metrics related to system uptime, order processing rate, returns success, and other relevant indicators of reliability and gross margin.Manage end-user experiences, including shipping (cost, delivery, status) and returns, logistics, and order processing, as well as internal user experiences supporting site merchandisers, Growth Product teams, Membership Services, and Operations.Own and optimize systems such as ERP, warehouse software and fulfillment, revenue recognition, support tooling, and SKU management.Collaborate with Engineers and Analysts to break down and prioritize user needs, and to scope and define detailed product requirements.Collect and analyze internal and external customer needs and feedback through rigorous research and testing methodologies.Conduct in-depth analysis to formulate compelling business cases for new product ideas and to assess the performance of launched features.Develop and manage relationships with third-party suppliers, vendors, and services to ensure smooth operations.Facilitate product discovery, development, and delivery for new products and improvements across mobile and back-end infrastructure.Set a product strategy, roadmap, and measurable goals for your product area and team.Collaborate cross-functionally with Software, Finance, Marketing, Growth, and other departments to drive business strategy and integration of critical workflows.
